Great question!

Indeed there is a way to measure and validate the output of your Super Seal 75. You’ll ultimately want to measure the output current of the sealer and compare it against your validation data. If you purchased our validation package you’ll have these output current values at varies power levels. If not you can simply compare it aginst the data you have for your process window.

The process of validating does require a couple pieces of specialized equipment. If you need specific recommendations drop me a note and I’ll get the exact systems we use to you for validation.
